Pavo Real Albino (Lost & fake history)

Installation with slide projector and slide viewers, 2024

In “Pavo Real Albino (Lost & Fake History)”, 13 found 35mm slides are digitally manipulated and re-developed into their original analog format. A Kodak slide projector advances in a dark room while seven small shelves with slide viewers highlight details. Software automates the projection loop, bridging digital and mechanical. The sound score accompanies each image, with the albino peacock symbolizing the lost, alive, dead, and undead.
